Return Process:

- Return Authorization: After receiving your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for the return.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Packaging: Please ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packaging to prevent damage during the return shipment.
Refund Processing:
