Warranty Coverage:
Our 5-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If you experience any issues with your product due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.

What the Warranty Covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Issues arising from improper function or failure of the product under normal usage
  • Malfunctions that occur within 5 years from the date of purchase

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear, including damage from exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., water, excessive heat, or humidity)
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents that do not affect the function of the product
  • Burned-out bulbs or lightbulbs that are not part of the product's primary construction

How to File a Warranty Claim:

  1. Contact Us: If your product is experiencing issues covered under our warranty, please contact us at support@auralumelamps.com with the following information:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Photographs or videos of the defective product (if applicable)

  2. Warranty Evaluation: Once we receive your warranty claim, we will evaluate the issue and provide instructions for returning the product or processing a replacement.

  3. Repair or Replacement: If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will either repair or replace the product at no cost to you, depending on the nature of the defect.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling during shipping or user installation errors. It also does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

Important Notes:

  • This warranty applies to products purchased directly from Auralume Lamps or through authorized resellers.
  • The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and is non-transferable.
